Each day throughout the growing season, Ascension's grape-growing team tend nine very special rows of low-cropped Chardonnay, groomed especially for "The Ascent". The bunches are small and the berries tiny. A nightmare for the accountant, but a dream for the winemaker!

Peach, hazelnut, butterscotch and vanilla.

MOUTHFEEL
Dry, creamy and full bodied with a long, viscous finish.
