What a beautiful time of year to celebrate your wedding at Ascension Wine Estate. The autumn colors and starkness of the vines is dramatic and beautiful in the cooler months, making for unique wedding photos. A winter wedding also has such a sense of occasion, with guests looking forward to the event for months and taking extra care with their attire and gift buying which is an extra bonus for the bride and groom!

Having an autumn or winter wedding does not mean you have to be stuck inside the whole day, especially in Autumn when the vines are looking splendid in shades of auburn, orange and gold. An outdoor ceremony can be just the ticket, however make sure you mention this on your invites so guests dress appropriately! Furs, stoles and capes can be a great addition to the bride and bridesmaids look and will help keep you cozy.

It is also effortless to create a warm ambiance inside with candle light. Our stunning shist fireplace and heat pumps will ensure your guests are toasty and warm as they dine and sway the night away in comfort.

We also offer some extra special benefits to having your vineyard wedding between 1st April and 30th October. (a discounted rate) You are also able to utilize the venue an hour earlier during this season.
