Susan Sipka - Owner and Chinese Delagate
They say that behind every great man is a woman and here is no exception. Susan has two degrees in electrical engineering and accounting which she puts to use overseeing the accounts and everyday operations here at Ascension. Susan is also our leading Chinese delegate, organizing events and marketing for the Chinese community. Susan is a very vibrant and energetic person, who always has a smile and a kind word for all of the staff. She can often be found hosting our guests onsite and making sure they feel welcomed and get the full Ascension experience. She also loves spending time with her son Luka who is often playing soccer in the vineyard. Susan is also a great ping pong player and very competitive which is how she met Alex.
