Burgunian methods of barrel fermentation, natural yeast, lees stirring and partial malolactic
fermentation – this is a Chardonnay that will graciously mature in the cellar to reward the patient!
Dry, firm & full-bodied with aromas & flavours of peach, hazelnut, butterscotch & vanilla.
