Made using very traditional Burgundian methods of barrel fermentation, natural yeast,
lees stirring and partial malolactic fermentation, this is a Chardonnay that will
graciously mature in the cellar to reward the patient! Dry, firm & full bodied with
aromas & flavours of nectarine, pineapple, hazelnut & toasty oak.
